Meet the Team

Chris Farac, B.Sc., D.M.D.

Dr. Chris FaracDr. Chris Farac graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree Biology in 1991, and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1995. His first four years of dental practice were spent in British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Farac obtained his Washington State License to practice dental medicine in 1998. Throughout his career Dr. Farac has placed a priority on continuing education, attending lectures and courses to keep his knowledge and dental techniques current.


Chris and his wife, Sharon, enjoy tennis and skiing. It is their desire to be a throwback to the days when a community dentist offered personalized service.


Deb Ryker, CDA - Office Manager

DebIs a beloved member of the office since the beginning. She started as the lead, dental assistant and has moved up front to manage the office for the last seven years. Deb likes to get out on the golf course to relax.


Mandy Ryker – Receptionist

MandyMandy is our insurance specialist. She has been with the practice for the last three years. She enjoys camping and the outdoors when she is not working.


Paige Balagot – Dental Assistant

PaigePaige works directly with Dr. Farac and shares the same passion for dentistry. She enjoys the outdoors with her dog "Peaches" and spending time with her family.


Shelley Mark, RDH – Hygienist

ShelleyShe is Dr. Farac’s dental hygienist on Saturdays. She started working in the office seven years ago but has worked as a hygienist for 35 years. She is still very active taking classes to improve her dental knowledge.



Dr. Farac and Paige volunteer their time traveling with the Medical Teams Internation van to Northhaven Senior Center. It is their way of giving back to the community in need.


MTI’s Mobile Dental Program provides free or low-cost dental care to low-income children and adults, the homeless and migrant workers who lack insurance or a realistic way to pay for treatment.
